I've spent the
past 13 years
working in fitness,
but today, my work
is about so much
more than exercise.
Meet Michelle

and a way of living that truly works for you.
My approach goes far beyond workout routines and meal plans. It's about helping you build a strong, healthy body you enjoy living in
Eventually, I made another big decision: I left my job at the WHO Foundation to work full-time as a health coach. Because I truly believe this is how I want to contribute to the world.
I don't think I was meant to be a health coach 20 years ago. I think I needed to go through all of this first. The depression, the burnouts, the divorce. I needed to understand what it feels like to lose yourself and how difficult it can be to find your way back. I also needed to experience the fitness industry from both sides. I needed to try stupid diets that didn't work, gain weight, lose it again, and go through the whole yo-yo cycle. Because knowing about exercise and nutrition doesn't automatically mean you know how to take care of yourself.
And I think that's one of the most important things I bring to my work today: I understand that knowing what to do and actually doing it are two very different things.
I don't know if I'll be a Health Coach for the rest of my life. But I know, deep in my heart, that this is how I want to contribute right now. By sharing my story, learning from my coaches, teachers and clients, and helping other women find their own way back to themselves.
For me, that journey starts with building a healthier relationship with food, with exercise, and, more than anything else, with pleasure. Because I believe that feeling good in your body is one of the most rewarding things you can experience in life.
It takes time. Sometimes it's uncomfortable. Sometimes it's scary. And some days, life will get difficult again. But imagine you became the woman who takes care of herself, even when life gets stressful. The woman who makes herself a priority instead of constantly sacrificing for everyone else. The woman who feels strong, trusts herself, and genuinely loves who she is. Imagine trusting yourself and the universe SO much that you can make decisions by listening to your gut… every single time.
That's the woman I want to help you become.
I'm a health coach. I'm a fitness coach. And, to some extent, I'm a life coach, too. But more than anything, I'm a woman who's been through some difficult things and is now happier than she has been in many, many years.
And I want to share that with others. This is how I find meaning in my work. This is how I connect to my higher self.
I want to help you find your own way to feel strong, healthy, and at home in your body. Not by telling you how to live, but by helping you discover what works for you.
That's all I want. I want to teach you what I know. I want to hold your hand and help you find your way back home. And coaching is the best way I know how to do it.

My Story
I started working in fitness in 2013. And despite everything I knew about exercise, one day I simply stopped taking care of myself.
After COVID, I found myself overweight, sad and deeply depressed. I was drinking a lot. I was in an unhappy, sexless marriage, and I wasn't prioritising myself. I prioritised work because I thought providing for my family made me a good woman.
I spent years living this way. Until, at one point, I thought about taking my own life. It happened only once, but it was enough to make me realise I needed to change the way I was living. Not just a little. Deeply, fundamentally.
That's when my journey back to myself began.
For the first time in 20 years, I travelled alone. I started practising jiu-jitsu. I became more active in the Zumba classes in Arzier, where I used to live. Then my neighbours invited me to join a class called Strong.
And slowly, things started to get better for me. I was moving my body. I was feeling strong. I was making new friends and having more of a social life. I started losing weight, too.
I began working with a nutritionist. I got back to working in Fitness. I discovered yin yoga. Got divorced. Started seeing a psychologist. I now work with two life coaches, and some really good friends have supported me through this whole transformation. None of this happened overnight. And I didn't do it alone.

Intuition
Because when you enjoy something, you’ll want to repeat it.
When your habits align with your life, you can sustain them.
Because your body already knows more than you realise, you just need to listen.
Pleasure
Alignment
My Philosophy
Built on three core principles.
Love & care for
all versions of you
I don’t believe you need to become someone new to feel better. I believe you need to uncover and honour who you truly are, so you can take better care of every part of yourself.
My method is intended for all of you: the workaholic, the mother, the lover, the boss, the grumpy one, the anxious one, the woman moving through perimenopause, the one who laughs with her whole heart (and may pee herself while at it!).
All versions of you deserve to be seen and cared for. That's how you get healthy: by listening closely.

Real.
Structured.
Sustainable.
THIS IS PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU IF...
You're looking for a quick fix or a crash diet.
You want someone to tell you exactly what to eat every day without understanding why.
You expect results without being willing to make changes.
You're chasing perfection instead of consistency.
You want a six-week transformation instead of lifelong habits.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF...
You want to improve your health without putting your life on hold.
You're ready to build habits that you can actually maintain.
You value a personalised approach rather than a one-size-fits-all programme.
You are willing to be honest with yourself and open to making gradual, meaningful changes.
You're looking for long-term health, not a temporary solution.
